Mansur Gavriel is a New York-based luxury accessories brand, crafted in Italy and known for its minimalist design and iconic bucket bag. Sweden works alongside their team as an ongoing partner, caring for their Shopify Plus experience with the same attention to detail the brand brings to its products. Recent work has included a full site rebuild, as well as ongoing optimizations and feature builds for the site. 
Approach

We began our partnership several years ago with a full UX and technical audit, then shaped a six-month roadmap that carefully balanced new features, design refinements, bug fixes, and integrations. The focus on the recent rebuild was to remove previous tech debt and address items like slow speed, a buggy monogramming feature, ADA Compliance as well as UX and Design improvements
