Outdoor Voices is an activewear brand known for building a loyal community around its "Doing Things" philosophy and a product lineup that includes the widely recognized Exercise Dress. Following its acquisition by Consortium Brand Partners, the brand sought a more sustainable approach to managing and evolving its ecommerce experience. Sweden partnered with Outdoor Voices to move away from a complex headless Shopify implementation and rebuild the site on Shopify’s native Liquid framework, creating a faster, more flexible platform that preserved the brand experience while dramatically simplifying day-to-day site management.
